I started my new project a few days ago.

I have the D60 rear dismantled and ready to be assembled again.

I also have the D60 front almost ready to be assembled aswell.

Many parts are ordered and on route.

I don't have a rig to put them under right now.

I will post some pics in a few days.

I want to hack up a YJ but they seem to be hard to find.

Give me some details on the S10's. What drop was the transfer case on these? How is the steering setup? Does it have a steering box or some sort of rack / pinion setup?

I like the 4.3L idea. What year did the vortec motors start? What transmissions came in these trucks?

I have a set of 37x12.5x17 in the basement.

fraise pretty much got it all , im pretty sure the 94 and newer trucks got the 231, simular to a jeep one.... but IIRC ya got to do something with the front output when doing a SAS, PM CHEF on the nboffroadclub site, hes the mechanic for national 4WD in fredericton, he did an SAS on a late 90s s10 using a HP 30 and a xj 5.5" lift kit, and could fill you in on some details about the T case and steering

It's an early 90's Toyota. I found one with a solid motor and chassis. I also have a late 90's cab from one of the recalls. I'm going to merge the 2.

Close but not quite.

The picture below is an RC truck but you get the idea.

Myself and Pathfinder went halves on a tube bender from protools.

I'm going to run leafs front and rear to keep the cost down. D60's front and rear.
